Scheduling an Appointment

Please call 412-623-2287 during office hours to arrange an appointment. Please explain the reason for your appointment to the receptionist so that he or she may help you determine if you will require a longer visit with the doctor.

Regular Office Hours
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Each doctor has regular office visits scheduled every week; the time of these office hours may change each month. If you call for an urgent problem, we will give you an appointment with your doctor as soon as possible. If your doctor is not in the office, we will arrange for another doctor in our office to care for you. This will save you the time and expense of an emergency room visit.

Cancellations
If you cannot keep your appointment, please call the office at least two hours before your appointment time. Your appointment time can then be used to care for another patient. The receptionist can reschedule your appointment when you call to cancel. If you must cancel when the office is not open, leave a message on the cancellation line at 412-623-1183.
